WHAT WE OFFER
Is This Right For You?
Sober coaching is personalized, one-on-one support designed to help you succeed in recovery. Unlike therapy or treatment, coaching focuses on practical, day-to-day strategies for building a meaningful sober life.
Your coach serves as a mentor, accountability partner, and guide—someone who's been through recovery themselves and understands the challenges you face. Together, you'll work on goals, problem-solve obstacles, and build the skills you need for long-term success.
Coaching can work alongside treatment, complement sober living, or stand alone for those who need flexible, ongoing support in their recovery journey.
